Tom Ayd is a principal of Green Street Housing, an affordable housing development company located in Salisbury, MD. Tom leads development activity in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. He has closed and successfully completed numerous transactions with financing that includes 9% and 4% LIHTC, tax exempt bonds and USDA Section 515, USDA Section 538 and various State loan and stimulus programs. The majority of his experience lies in acquisition/rehabilitation and new construction of rental housing in rural areas. Mr. Ayd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University.
