LIHTC and Private Bank Loan
The Village at Slippery Hill is a three-phase new construction project. The first phase is under construction as of January 2019. This project uses 9% competitively awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the State of Maryland. Of the 66 units, 7 units will be market-rate and 59 for families with low-moderate income. Construction is expected to be completed in April 2020.
