What was once a 32 unit apartment complex constructed in the 1980s using the USDA RD Section 515 loan program, Green Street Housing is proud to present a newly renovated Carrolltowne Village Apartments. Having added a new 8 unit building and completely renovating the original 32 units, this community is located on the Eastern side of Eldersburg, Maryland. Just north of Carolltowne Village is Route 26 – Liberty Road which hosts a large amount of retail locations. While rural in nature, residents can take full advantage of numerous public transportation systems that service many of these retail locations.
