Team Volunteering
Every GSH employee gets paid time off each quarter to volunteer for housing-related causes. In 2025 the team logged 480 hours across 14 organizations.
Community Giving
Annual giving program supporting affordable housing advocacy, resident services, and local organizations across our footprint.
Resident Programs
On-site resident services at GSH-developed communities — financial coaching, after-school care, food pantries, senior wellness programs.
Board Service
Our team members hold board seats with affordable housing advocacy groups across Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.
