Description
TM Associates Development, Inc., formerly named as REBJ, Inc. (“TMAD”), Green Street Housing, LLC (“GSH”) and Victory Housing, Inc. (“Victory”) are pleased to present Sligo Apartments (“Sligo Apartments”), the new construction of 102 family apartments to be built in Silver Spring, MD. The new 42 family apartments, financed using the 9% LIHTC will be a twinning project with a total of 102 units, that includes the development of an additional 60 family units to be financed with MBP/4% LIHTC pursuant to a common plan of development on contiguous property (“MBP/4% Units”). The project is located in a Community of Opportunity in Montgomery County.
