Description
Green Street Housing, Good Works and HRH Holdings are pleased to present the Little Patuxent, a proposed new construction of a 78 unit senior apartment community, located in a Community of Opportunity in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Little Patuxent is located in Gambrills, Maryland near the amenity-rich Waugh Chapel Towne Center. The site is located in an area defined by DHCD as a Community of Opportunity and is in a Difficult Development Area (DDA), as designated by HUD, and will directly address the need for quality affordable senior apartments for rent in the market area. The project will join a number of recently developed high density luxury multifamily communities in the Waugh Chapel Towne Center neighborhood.
